Shailesh Patel is one of the core pillers of the organization and is been associated with Endel Kenya since it’s formation. Shailesh love building great products and teams at the intersection of People, Technology, and Business. After completing his Masters in Electronics & Communication from India, he has been focusing on the constant enhancement of Endel Kenya’s product line by the inclusion of the latest and greatest technology.
Shailesh is passionate about bringing innovation to the weighing industry and strongly believes that weighing is a integral part of any organization involved directly or indirectly in the manufacturing or engineering process. While he plays a key role in maintaining a strategic alliance with technology partners, he also ensures support & maintenance teams on the ground are constantly getting trained to ensure customer success.
In industry, Shailesh is looked upon as a trusted advisor for many leaders of prominent organizations within Kenya. Shailesh has a long history of introducing new solutions to meet customers’ ever changing weighing needs. He also invests a significant amount of his time in helping customers in theft prevention through automation of weighbridge operations.
